Discover the Newest Digital Chemistry Study Course For Chemistry Tutors

Discover the Newest Digital Chemistry Study Course For Chemistry TutorsOrganic Chemistry Tutors is a new product developed by Professor David Kreis to help students learn the system of Chemistry that you have been studying for the past year. There are other programs available on the market, but when it comes to their ability to take students to the next level in Chemistry, Kreis' program is a serious contender. There are some interesting features included in Organic Chemistry Tutors that sets it apart from the competition. One of the most unique features of the Organic Chemistry Tutors, however, is that they conjugate systems. You may have seen these systems in the television programs, and if you haven't, you may want to get familiar with them right away because this feature is something that is going to help you a lot when you are taking your exams.I am going to explain conjugation to you in a little more detail, because it is something that is very important when it comes to solving problems and understanding systems. To do this, you will need to learn the conventional chemical formula, the standard unit, and some more intermediate units. After that, Kreis' formula will make learning all the information that you need quite easy. For the sake of this demonstration, I am going to use a chemical formula to explain conjugation, which is the system of joining the units together to form a single unit. For this example, let's use carbonic acid as an example. In the traditional formula, carbonic acid is represented by the symbol C(H2O).The only way that we can solve the problem is if we are able to use both the standard unit and the chemical formula. By using both these different representations of the same elements, you can learn the properties of the elements that you are dealing with and can also use them to solve problems that are related to those properties. When you try to take tests on Chemical Formula and Conjugation by using the Organic Chemistry Tutor, you wi ll notice that there are several different tests that you can take. These tests include problems that require you to learn the properties of the compounds, and also problems that are based on the conjugation of chemical formulas.Hopefully, you have realized the value of the Organic Chemistry Tutor by now. If you haven't, now is the time to get online and start taking tests using Organic Chemistry Tutors.

The Future of Learning

The Future of LearningEducation in a modern era is still largely conducted in the traditional, hierarchical way, and often with too much paperwork. For this reason, many schools have resorted to implementing a Progressive Learning Tutoring System (PLT). A PLT can benefit an educational establishment as it teaches flexibility, independence, creative problem solving skills, and improves communication, all within a highly structured environment.Learning is the ultimate outcome of an education process, and it's important to have teaching methods that suit each individual student. The progressive learning approach is widely used in today's educational sector as there are numerous advantages but also disadvantages that needs to be considered before it can be implemented.Learning is not linear; it's an evolving, unfolding process. Each individual learns differently. Learning evolves as a result of a number of factors, such as academic achievement, self-confidence, personal growth, and perso nality. In the same way, a PLT system will help you to tailor the education to your child's needs.A progressive learning system is generally structured around an individual's learning goals. It has a step-by-step plan that you can follow to develop your child's skills and develop confidence. The best part is that you can use the same system for more than one child at a time - and it's much cheaper to use than a traditional classroom system.A PLT will help you address your child's learning needs and motivate them through an exciting and challenging course of progressive learning. In fact, it can even encourage your child to undertake more than one subject! It also gives your child the opportunity to explore the entire world of learning through an interactive approach, which is a better option than conventional teaching. The first step towards implementing a progressive learning system into your educational setup is to make your child aware of it. Even if it's not on the curriculum, yo u must let them know about it in some way. Make sure you explain what the system is and how it helps them learn. This will enable them to get the most out of it and implement it effectively.Another vital step towards implementing a progressive learning system is to have a practical learning approach. You must explain to your child how his or her progress is measured, and how they can use this to their advantage. It can greatly improve the quality of the learning experience, allowing your child to develop into a well-rounded individual.

Online Tangent Formula Tutors

Online Tangent Formula Tutors Tangent of an angle is also represented as tan(), where is the angle measured in the first quadrant, second quadrant, third quadrant or the fourth quadrant in the coordinate plane. Tangent is one of the six important trigonometric functions and it is used to measure the sides or the angles of any given triangle. In a right angled triangle, tangent of an angle is the ratio of the opposite side to the adjacent side with respect to the particular angle and therefore it can also be written as: tan() = (opposite side)/ (adjacent side). Example 1: In the triangle ABC shown below, the side AB = 6m, BC = 8m. What is the tangent of the angle ? In triangle ABC, given angle ACB = The side opposite to the angle is the opposite side. This implies, side AB = Opposite side = 6m The side adjacent to angle is the adjacent side. This implies, side BC = Adjacent side = 8m Tangent of written as tan() = (Opposite side)/ (Adjacent side) Therefore tan() = 6/8 Example 2: For an angle , given sin() = 3/5 and cos() = 4/5. What is the tangent of the angle ? Given: sin() = 3/5 and cos() = 4/5 Tangent of the angle is also written as tan(). tan() is the ratio of sin() and cos(). This gives: tan() = sin()/ cos() This implies, tan() = (3/5)/ (4/5) - Now taking the reciprocal we get: (3/5) * (5/4) This gives: tan() = 3/4. Therefore we get, tan() = 3/4.

Why Introverts Benefit From a Greener Workplace - Introvert Whisperer

Introvert Whisperer / Why Introverts Benefit From a Greener Workplace - Introvert Whisperer Why Introverts Benefit From a Greener Workplace In today’s political climate, the idea of working for a highly sustainable and environmentally friendly business can seem unlikely. However, more companies than ever are taking the desires of sustainability-minded employees and customers into consideration. Could office daydreams of reusable office silverware and eco-friendly furniture really be a reality one day? Going green may seem a bit cliche at this point, but taking steps to improve sustainability in your office space can have a lasting beneficial impact for both you and your fellow employees. It can make you more desirable to customers as well. There are many benefits to working within a green workplace, especially for those of us who are introverted. These benefits are wide-ranging and can have serious positive impacts on both physical and mental health. How Do Introverts Benefit Many offices are not exactly great for the environment or your health. New things such as paint, carpet, or furniture can actually emit low levels of toxic chemicals that can harm your respiratory and digestive system. Ways to help avoid this are solidly linked to a greener workspace and include doing things such as buying more environmentally sound office products and cleaning air ducts regularly. Another option is to work outside in nice weather, and doing so can double as a way to enjoy some quiet time alone. Investing in office plants is another small way to (literally) go green and make a big difference in the office. Plants are known to help improve air quality, which can help limit illness. But they have also been shown to help calm the mind and promote focus in busy situations. Plants can really be a green introvert’s best friend! Introverts can also benefit from their office going green by soaking up more natural light. Opening blinds and reducing the need for fluorescent office lights can not only help reduce carbon emissions and save your office money by reducing energy consumption by nearly 75%, but it can also give you more energy. Natural light can help reduce feelings of depression, anxiety, stress, and fatigue, which can really improve work conditions. Working from your favorite well-lit nook at home can also be a way to enjoy natural light, take advantage of a quiet workspace, and save the company money by not commuting in. Getting Others on Board Once the many benefits of a greener workspace are realized, the next big step is getting others to see the light as well. There are many ways to help encourage others to be more sustainable in the workplace. Some ideas include things such as: Promote reusable break room supplies (or things like coffee mugs brought from home) Initiate a recycling program Talk about more sustainable transportation options Take advantage of any work-from-home opportunities Go paperless in the office by adopting cloud software Make purchases from other vendors that are doing a similar green thing Find ways to reduce energy consumption throughout everyone’s workspace Of course there are challenges to getting any of these ideas off the ground. For example, initiating a recycling program is easy on the surface, but it is important to make sure everyone knows what can and cannot actually be recycled. Some of it can be a real mystery even to those who care about recycling. For instance, who knew that you typically can’t recycle shredded paper? As an introvert, it can be less than exciting to think about leading initiatives for a greener office space, but there are a couple easy ways to play an active role. First, always lead by example â€" if you recycle and prove how easy it can be, others are likely to notice and ask questions. Second, don’t be afraid to discuss your big ideas among office friends who may be more vocal about leading a green revolution. A Sustainable Business Future Every day, we have a vote. A vote for the products we want to see in stores, the types of organizations that are held up, and the practices we are okay with businesses implementing. Every day, we cast our votes whenever we pull out cash or a credit card to pay for something. The market responds to the things we purchase much faster than any government or politician can dream. Many consumers have been communicating through their purchases that they want more sustainable designs, and companies are listening. Some studies estimate that consumers are willing to pay up to 66% more for sustainable brands. It isn’t just consumers that companies are starting to listen to either; it’s also employees. More and more, employees are demanding their companies take positive steps towards a more sustainable business model. Almost 25% of employees admit that they would start looking for a new job if they found out their company had a terrible environmental record. Nearly that many would be willing to take a pay cut to work for a company that supported green practices. A green office space may not be all that far out of reach. There are many ways to help encourage both your company and your fellow employees to be more sustainable at work. Over time, everyone will reap the benefits, whether it is the company saving thousands on electricity bills, coworkers benefitting from working at home more frequently, or the quiet introvert working in an office full of plants and reaping the benefits of a greener workplace. Can a Job Seeker or a Growing Professional Really Self-Promote without Bragging - Introvert Whisperer

Introvert Whisperer / Can a Job Seeker or a Growing Professional Really Self-Promote without Bragging - Introvert Whisperer Can a Job Seeker or a Growing Professional Really Self-Promote without Bragging? Dorothy January 8, 2016 Career Development, Self-Promotion 2 responses When the term “Self-Promotion” is said, it usually causes most people to have pictures of loud mouth baggers come to mind. We all know the type. You run away from this type of behavior as quickly as it’s socially acceptable to do so. The deal is if you don’t self-promote how else will you get a new position? How will you get your next promotion? Simple answer: You won’t. The good news is that Self-promotion â€" Authentic Self-Promotion is way different than the image you may have conjured up. Self-Promotion is subtle and useful but for some reason, we associate extreme versions with it. It’s time for an attitude check. Let’s look at the behavior of a Bragger compared to an authentic Self-Promoter: Bragger 1- Overuse of self-centered words like “I”,”me”, “mine”. It’s like over  salting your food making it offensive and unsatisfying. 2- Useless information. Often a bragger is telling you things that add nothing  of value to your life or business. 3- Unbalanced. One big problem braggers have been blithering on too long and  don’t know when to stop. They don’t balance what they are saying to support others or with useful information. Authentic Self-Promoter: 1- Use of inclusive words and statements like: “The project team I managed, completed the project below budget earning us all an award.” Yes, they still understand you managed the project AND got an award but it was inclusive and acknowledged the role of the whole team. 2- Factual information. If something is a fact, it isn’t bragging as long as you pay attention to the next point. 3- Enough. As long as you make your point and move on, your factual information will be enough for your listener to take note of. If they ask you for more information, you’ve hit gold. If they don’t, no issue because it is still impactful and retained for future use. 4- Useful information. If you are astute, you are thinking in terms of what you can share with the other person that is of value to THEM. Braggers lack insight and forethought in this regard. As a job seeker, you should be thinking about what the top 2-3 results you can share that would rock your prospective employers. If you’re looking for a promotion, you should be thinking about updating your executives with examples of work that demonstrate you are operating at the next level. I hope you have had your attitude adjusted about the importance of Self-Promotion throughout your entire career. We don’t just Self-Promote to get a job and then we’re done until the next job search. We also don’t Self-Promote up to the next promotion and then stop for a few years. Your Self-Promotion should be considered an ongoing activity. It is a critical success skill that you can learn to do well. Let me emphasize that Self-Promotion doesn’t have to be obnoxious to be effective. But, if you don’t Self-Promote you, who will? If you ever want to get ahead, you have to learn how to Self-Promote. When to Choose a Dual Enrollment Program

When to Choose a Dual Enrollment Program Dual enrollment programs are academic arrangements that allow students to enroll in two separate learning institutions, such as a high school and a college. Dual enrollment programs permit students to take college-level classes and to receive university credit while they are still in high school. For some students, this is a great opportunity. However, dual enrollment programs are not for everyone. If you are contemplating a dual enrollment program, here are several factors to consider before you commit: Advantages of dual enrollment programs There are many benefits to dual enrollment programs. One potential advantage is financial in some states, high school students who participate in dual enrollment can do so for free or for a reduced fee. Students who earn university credit through dual enrollment may also spend less time in college completing their degrees. Another great advantage is that dual enrollment offers students the opportunity to challenge themselves with the rigor and pace of college coursework. Dual enrollment is especially ideal for students who are not able to take Advanced Placement(AP) classes, or who wish to take courses that are not available at their high school.Dual enrollment programs allow these students to build a more diverse academic background. This, in turn, can bolster students college and scholarship applications. Dual enrollment also prepares students for the difficult transition from high school to college. Students can become familiar with many aspects of college academics while still attending high school. This experience often eases the challenge of moving on to full-time collegiate studies. These are tips that every college freshman needs to knowwhich may help you in your transition. Risks of dual enrollment programs Despite these fantastic opportunities, there are some risks associated with dual enrollment. First, college classes are generally more rigorous than high school courses. If a student performs poorly in a college course, that grade may be factored into his or her high school GPA. Failing or earning a very low mark in a dual enrollment class can negatively affect the college application process, as some schools may question your ability to successfully complete college-level work. Additionally, if a student chooses to participate in dual enrollment, he or she must be able to communicate effectively with staff members at the college and high school. Students must also ensure that the college courses they take will meet their high school requirements. Confusion over whether or not a class counts can affect your ability to graduate, so clear communication is important. Finally, not all high school students can devote the necessary time and effort to a dual enrollment program. Many students are heavily invested in extracurricularactivities and events at their high schools. You may be unable to attend these activities if you participate in a dual enrollment program. Extracurricular activities are important though, check out why extracurriculars boost college success. Be sure to consider how much time you will need to spend studying before you commit to such a program. These tips on how to identify your study stylemay help you succeed in both programs! For many students, dual enrollment is a wonderful educational opportunity. However, it is not an ideal choice for all students. If you are considering participating in a dual enrollment program, first evaluate the advantages and risks listed above.
